Operations and Account Executive – ambitious social enterprise

ABOUT CIRCL

Circl exists to create a world where everyone can learn to lead.

We deliver coaching training to groups of professionals, who then pass on what they have learnt to students aged 16-18, before both groups practice these skills together.

For businesses, it’s a great way to develop a core leadership skill in their employees, whilst also engaging them, and achieving social impact. Professionals who complete Circl’s programme are recognised as a “Leader as Coach” by the Association for Coaching.

For students, it’s an opportunity to develop key communications skills that will set them apart as future employees, as well as seeing life inside a successful business and learning about the world of work.

In our first year we’ve worked with clients such as Facebook, Uber and Etsy and we have even more exciting names in the pipeline for next year.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You can expect every day in this role to be different, but these are the main areas you’ll be leading on:

Account management; as the first point of contact for clients and schools, you’ll be keeping them happy and making sure they have everything they need from us and vice versa.

Programme support; taking care of planning and logistics for each programme and ensuring that everything runs smoothly for all our participants.

Day-to-day operations; office management, team admin and developing processes and systems that are scalable.

You’ll also have the chance to get involved in:

–      The delivery of sessions with professionals and students.

–      Sales meetings with business leaders.

–      Shaping our future strategy and plans.

You’ll be joining Circl’s Co-Founder Charlie, and will be working closely with and learning from him, as well as a network of top professionals from across industries, including non-executive Co-Founder Adrian Blair, former COO of Just Eat.

We expect to grow the organisation quickly (our ambitions are global), so there will be plenty of opportunity to learn and develop in this role, and we would love to see you heading up a team within two years.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO CIRCL

We want to hear from you if you are:

Super organised; a safe pair of hands who can juggle many priorities and never drop the ball.

Customer focused; highly responsive to all stakeholders and confident managing key client relationships.

Tech savvy; able to take the lead on maintaining our systems and translate the day-to-day into processes that can be automated and scaled as Circl grows.

Hungry to develop and grow into a role with significant responsibility.

The following will be valuable in this role, but are not essential:

–      1-4 years’ previous work experience.

–      Experience of using Salesforce.

–      Account or operations management experience.

–      Interest in coaching or leadership development.

–      Experience of facilitating training sessions.

–      A strong focus on your learning and development

–      Progression opportunities

–      The opportunity to achieve impact from day 1 and to be part of an exciting journey as we look to grow the team and scale our programmes.
