Education Manager – Netherlands

Education & Operations Manager

EIB Education are on the hunt for a dynamic, ambitious and energetic university graduate to join our team and continue our expansion into the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is either already based in the Netherlands, or a European citizen keen for travel. Though we are happy to consider part-time applications, this is a full time position and will involve regular travel back to the London headquarters.

About Us
Elite IB are an IB-focused educational company, providing tuition, revision courses, university consulting, and support to IB students and schools around the world since 2011. With fully fledged branches in London, Geneva and Singapore, we have been in the process of opening up an office in Amsterdam over the past year. This is an exciting time to join a company transitioning from start-up to leading authority on the IB, and to really put your stamp on a vital aspect of the business.

Your Role

As Education and Operations manager, you will be an integral part of the team, overseeing some of the most important processes in our interaction with students, families, and tutors, as well as our collaborations with other companies. You should be adept at planning, resourcing, and managing any number of concurrent projects with responsibility increasing rapidly as competency and knowledge of Elite IB’s services and systems develop. We also ask for a first-hand understanding of the IB as this role will draw on your own educational experiences to help you support current IB students and their families to an excellent standard. Your day will be varied, from carrying out client management processes, tutor onboarding, being involved in strategy, content creation, meeting schools and much much more.  It is important that you like dealing with people, have an excellent phone manner with students, parents and schools and fluent written English. On any given day, your time will be split between managing client queries, processing requests from students, families and schools, interviewing potential tutors, and coordinating tutors’ workloads. You will work closely with our experienced Client & Operations Manager, as well as Client Managers in Switzerland, Singapore and London, to ensure amazing guidance is provided to students across the globe.

University Consulting
Having supported students with their applications to UK universities for several years, the 2018/2019 academic year saw the launch of EIB Admissions, which formalises university admissions support as provided by our in-house team. We would therefore be delighted to also draw on your own UCAS/Oxbridge application experience and knowledge to bolster the understanding of our Admissions team.
