Senior Manager, Marketing
This is an exciting opportunity to build the marketing function of Fertility Mapper, using your skills and experience to help the team achieve our mission by creating brand credibility, generating engagement and forming lifetime relationships with our audience.
We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneurial marketing leader with multi-channel experience and particular expertise in content, growth and/or product marketing. Reporting to the founder and CEO, you will be responsible for understanding and developing our audience personas and defining our goals, approach, and tactics to drive an effective, scrappy and scalable acquisition strategy. You will have experience scaling an organisation from 1 to 10 and are the type of person that thrives in a fast moving environment. The ideal leader is a marketing generalist with a deep understanding of content, brand, testing, and effective conversion strategies. This is a leadership position, and you will eventually be expected to build out a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, execute and maintain Fertility Mapper’s marketing strategy to drive growth and customer acquisition.
- Develop Fertility Mapper’s core content pillars driving engagement across multiple channels (website, social media, podcasts, partnerships, etc).
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns driving customer acquisition across multiple channels (e.g, social media, influencers, PR, events, paid advertising, CRM, etc.).
- Develop and execute on creative ideas that drive growth in the business.
- Develop and own marketing tools and full funnel KPIs, creating a data lead approach to testing and development of our product and marketing.
- Managing the CMS and the evolution of the review site working closely with our SEO advisor and engineering where necessary.
- Contribute to the evolution of Fertility Mapper’s brand, working with the CEO and contractors and act as the brand ambassador ensuring consistency across all touch points.
- Drive Fertility Mapper’s testing of new markets and networks in order to optimise growth.
About you:
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing, is a fantastic writer as well as analytical and thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving early stage organisation. You also:
- 5+ years of technical and strategic marketing experience. Ideally with a focus on content, growth or product marketing.
Have a proven track record of successfully implementing demand generation strategies.
Marketing experience in a Seed to Series A brand led B2C business with a proven passion for entrepreneurship and building early stage businesses.
Is data driven and understands the importance of measuring your work.
Understand the startup ecosystem and is wired into current internet culture.
Is creative about scrappy ways to target potential users and has a learning mindset.
Experience growing and leading a team.
