Le Wagon’s London office is now on the hunt for an inventive and sociable Marketing and Community Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join their ever-growing team, supporting their Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate would be a real people person, proactive, dynamic and fun!
The key responsibilities for this role:
1) Marketing: grow the bootcamps & strengthen the brand.
Content creation, social media management, newsletter creation & day-to-day tasks like keeping the website up to date with the most exciting content & news.
2) Event coordination & experiential: in batch cycles, support on our regular events & lead on the community management.
Support on the planning, promotion & running of taster workshops, big-name startup talks, tech panels, hiring events, demo days and B2B conferences. Take the lead in organising student drinks & alumni socials & anything fun to enrich the bootcamp experience!
3) Community & student success: keep in touch with our growing community of alumni (5,300 globally, 600+ in London).
Keep in touch with alumni via Slack and social events, keeping track of their journeys to inform our content, tracking reviews and celebrating their new roles in tech & startups. Opportunity to assist in job-placement & forming hiring partnerships.
4) Growth: track success of marketing activities
Work with the Head of Marketing to track tests & activities to inform UK strategy & growth of the business.
