The Team:
We’re a female-led startup and team of hard-working and conscientious individuals. We are all highly motivated and work together to support each other to ensure we continue to put on high-quality events. Due to the nature of the team, you will be given a lot of responsibility from day one but we’ll be there to help guide you when needed!
The Role:
The role will grow and develop, with the potential to become a senior member of the marketing team. You will gain invaluable experience in marketing, partnerships and promotion of events but as a rough guide here is what you can expect:
- Creation and management of marketing materials including text content, images, blogs, and more
- Creation of artwork for emails, digital newsletters, brochures, event signage, social media and other marketing tools
- Create and prepare print-ready artwork for global events
- Creation and management of sales focused marketing materials, such as attendee documents and event calendar
- Regularly developing engaging, creative, innovative content posted across all platforms, which is in keeping with the company’s digital presence and voice
- Manage the company video hub platform and youtube
- Research new event listings for promotional purposes, and ensure all current event listings are up-to-date
- Managing website edits and updates used for marketing and sales
- Promotion of our events through social media engagement, including via Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook
- Create and share images to promote official summit partners
- Communicate with prospective attendees and partners via the online live chat platform
- Develop and manage competitions, polls and campaigns that promote RE•WORK events
- Assist with ad hoc marketing and sales tasks
- Generate prospective attendee and press leads through intelligent & in-depth research
- Maintenance of internal contact database
- Attend global events to support the wider event team and to gather feedback for future events
- Develop and grow the RE•WORK brand
You:
Experience is great, but not essential. Personality, work ethic, and organisation skills are paramount. We’re looking for a hardworking and ambitious team-player. You will:

- A great eye for design, attention to detail and composition
- Knowledge and experience of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- A keen user of social media with an understanding and confidence in creating visual aids to support multiple channels
- An enthusiastic and positive outlook, energy, passion and a “no task too small” attitude
- Self-motivated individual who is able to work under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
- Initiative to share and implement ideas
- Produce creative ideas, visuals and digital strategies for ad hoc projects promptly
- Ability to communicate confidently within the team and externally to event attendees, senior-level thought leaders and suppliers
- Excellent organization skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
