We’re designing premium, durable, emotionally intelligent products for non-verbal and neurodivergent individuals — starting with tactile tools that support regulation, calm, and connection. This is a category that’s long been overlooked. We’re here to build trust where it’s been broken — with tools that feel good, look good, and do good. We’ve made early progress bringing the vision to life and are now looking for a mission-aligned psychology expert to help shape the next chapter as part of the founding team.

The Role We’re looking for a Clinical, Developmental, or Occupational Psychologist (or someone with similar credentials) to join the founding team — not just as a scientific advisor, but as a strategic, creative, values-led co-founder. You’ll help us:

• Translate emotional and behavioral needs into product decisions
• Guide sensory design principles with psychological grounding
• Build frameworks to validate emotional and therapeutic impact
• Support ethical and inclusive product testing and language
• Shape our communication with parents, carers, and clinicians
• Help lead research collaborations or partnerships in the future
• Be part of something deeply meaningful from the ground up

  You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Have a background in psychology, neuroscience, or occupational therapy
• Have experience with autism, sensory processing disorders, or non-verbal individuals
• Understand that trust, dignity, and lived experience matter just as much as theory
