Overview

The platform has just ‘soft-launched’ in UK and will be followed by other target EU countries and North American states in 2019, with an app to follow in June too.

The Role

The Smiley Movement is launching in the UK and we’re looking for a creative, self-starting and enthusiastic Digital and Social Media Manager to help build Smiley Movement’s digital presence and drive awareness in the UK.

Social Media

–       Oversee the creation, scheduling and publication of content across social media accounts in line with brand guidelines

–       Develop objectives and KPIs for social media and engagement and also test new ways of achieving KPIs and communicating with audiences

–       Produce weekly social media analytics reports to present to team

–       Confident in supporting social marketing ideas and communicating the benefits of your strategies internally

–       Generate creative ideas to help engage and grow our online communities and conceive and oversee social campaigns to increase public interaction

–       Work alongside the relevant teams to produce SEO and PPC campaigns and ensure the marketing activities meet the overall brand

–       Promoting our Smiley Talk events across all channels

–       Live tweeting and content creation during our events

Digital

–       Lead on back-end website copy changes and uploads

–       Develop objectives and KPIs for web content and engagement and also test new ways of achieving KPIs and communicating with audiences

–       Produce weekly website analytic reports to present to team

–       Responding to online website queries and questions

–       Lead on website and external B2B mailings based on brand guidelines

–       Communication and reminders to attendees about events

–       Communication and engagement with new users and interaction and feedback collation
