We are taking a systematic and obsessive approach to testing every single home on the planet, accepting only the top 1%. We do so by putting each home through The Plum Test: a gruelling hospitality exam, which uses a mix of algorithms and physical visits by hospitality experts.
We launched three years ago in London. We are now in 6 cities, we have vetted over 100,000 homes and are on track to reach over £25M in annualised sales. We are backed by an all-star cast investor group including Local Globe (TransferWise, Citymapper), Alex Chesterman (Founder of Zoopla), William Reeve (Founder of Love Film), Alex Saint and Troy Collins (Founders of Secret Escapes), Jason Goodman (Founder of Albion) and many more.

The Mission
The mission for our MatchMakers is to match our Guests with the perfect Plum home for their stay.
The Role
MatchMakers make the magic happen – you will handle inbound requests from our Guests. You will speak to them on the phone, on chat and by email. If you think they should stay in a hotel and not with us, then you should tell them. You will need to really understand their needs, their style and what they will love. You need to be speedy, able to multi-task and focus.
Your targets will include:
Hit sales targets of 3X growth
Increase conversion every month
Ensure Plum Guests are happy
You will be part of a friendly, hard-working, competitive team and working in an environment that is focused on learning, improving and delivering.
As we are growing, we are keen to add more language skills and international knowledge to the team. We are now looking for exceptional people who speak fluent Spanish.
It is essential for you to have an in-depth city knowledge of Madrid or Barcelona for this role. We want you to share the secrets and hidden beauties of these two cities with our existing community and first timers.
Our office is open 7 days a week and schedules vary.
